BT and OutReach: Appalling service

 
 
A recent crisis in Eskdalemuir highlighted the problems with relying solely on digital communitations
 

Eskdalemuir Hub STILL without a phoneline

Eskdalemuir community hub is still without phone lines and internet after BT switched them off over three weeks ago ready to transfer to a digital system. Lack of phone and internet continues to impact on the business at the Hub where cash is the only way to pay for goods and services.
