The scheme is the brainchild of farm owner Bryce Cunningham who took over Mossgiel in 2016 following the deaths of both his father and grandfather. From the start he proved to be a man of great ambition and vision, pioneering various projects and plans to make his dairy operation stand out from all the rest.

Mossgiel became the first UK dairy to eliminate single-use plastics, and it delivers more than 1.5 million litres of organic milk annually.
