Langholm ends show season with a fine finale

The 174th Langholm Show

The 2026 Langholm Agricultural Show was well supported by local people and folk from further afield as the committee continued to stage it without sheep or cattle due to the blue tongue restrictions. The weather was mostly kind with the rain staying off for the middle of the day and for most of the events. There were lots of dogs and horses and stalls of interest for people to peruse on the Castleholm which provides such a lovely setting for the show.


Chairman Aileen Cavers said that Langholm people had supported the industrial tent well with over 1500 entries in the tent. She was happy that people turned out to take part or simply to socialise on the field.
