Mill workers enjoy a cuppa

THIS photo of some of the Reid & Taylor mill workers enjoying a break on the grass was taken after the war.
There is no exact date but it was before the Scott Hay gallery was built.
Some of the women are named but others not so if you can fill in the gaps, please
get in touch.

They are, left to right,
Sar Reid, ?,
Maggie Irving (Laidlaw), ?,
Meg Bell, Bett Thompson,
Helen Cowing and
Jean Telfer.
