Buccleuch have taken the vision to the next stage of development
Buccleuch Group have today confirmed that it has submitted its planning application for holiday lodges at Irvine House.
Following successful community engagement at the end of 2024, the team at Buccleuch Group have been refining its plans for a holiday accommodation development at the Irvine House site, including 143 holiday lodges and designs for renovations of outbuildings and transforming Irvine House to a visitor welcome centre and café.
Changes have been made to the plans shown to the public last year to reflect feedback and taking into account findings from ecological and infrastructure studies.
