Denise Irving-Lang to be interviewed by Radio Scotland
It’s encouraging to see the public interest in the state of the church continue to gain momentum
regionally and a key task for the Stakeholder Group now is to bring the upcoming BBC Radio Scotland broadcast to the attention of the owners in the hope it sharpens their focus on this matter.
- What is the aim of the Erskine Church Stakeholders Group?
a. To advocate for the Langholm townsfolk on matters relating to the church.
b. To hold the owners to account on matters of Health & Safety,
including structural integrity and risk mitigation.
c. Where the above isn’t being honoured, to hold Dumfries &
Galloway Council to account and ensure they are exercising their statutory duties accordingly and in the best interests of Langholm.
