Several mobile providers affected by major failure
A number of people in our area who use 02 as their mobile phone provider have had no network at all in recent days. Their network has now been down for 5 days and on looking this up on the O2 website it says that everything should be back to normal by 6pm on Saturday 10th October by which time it will have been off for nine days.
People rely on this network when they’re out of the home or without wifi for whatever reason and for emergencies. Evidently Sky mobile is the same. People say they never received prior notification of these works.

“We’re reaching out to let you know that we’ve got your complaint, and we appreciate you telling us about the issues you’ve had. We’re sorry for not getting things right the first time – it’s not what we’d expect. We’ll do our best to investigate everything and fully resolve the situation. We aim to do this as quickly as possible.”
