LANGHOLM town centre was looking very much in the pink last week as businesses decorated their windows for the Common Riding.
Everyone entered into the spirit of the annual contest and there were lots of interesting photos as well as decorations.
The Common Riding shop windows were judged by Cornet Henry Jeffrey’s mother, Frances, along with his sister, Claire, and girlfriend Lara Falconer.
They were accompanied by John Galloway, Langholm, Ewes and Westerkirk community council chairman, and Margaret Sanderson.
Truly Scrumptious won the best trade window and received the trophy for the best overall window.
Tommy and Diane Morrison won the prize for the best shop window.
