Concerned residents say the plans will be unaffordable and undeliverable
There are calls for serious questions to be answered about the design and cost implications of the proposals for the Langholm Flood Protection Scheme, which are due to go before the Council’s Finance Procurement & Transformation Committee this afternoon.
