Officials rule Clerkhill range must be demolished

The guns have been spiked at a controversial long distance rifle range in Eskdalemuir.

But the team behind the 2km range at Clerkhill – deemed by users to be one of the best in the UK -have vowed to fight on, despite a government order to demolish the facility……
