Sherwood Shenanigans hit the Langholm stage!

Yet another sell-out for Muckle Toon Panto…oh yes it is!

The Langholm festive season wouldn’t be complete without a trip to the Muckle Toon Panto, and Robin Hood delivered exactly the kind of rollicking fun audiences craved. From the moment the curtain rose, the production bursts with colour, energy, and cheeky humour. The familiar tale of the outlaw of Sherwood Forest is given a playful twist, blending traditional storytelling with modern references that keep both children and adults (some hilarious risqué one-liners from Langholm’s quintessential dame, Les Murray) entertained.

The cast shone in their roles: Robin (Ann Barber) was thigh-slappingly dashing and almost always smiling, Maid Marian (Vickie Bell) radiates charm, and the dastardly Sheriff of Nottingham (Phil Bolt) provides plenty of boo‑worthy moments…..
