Canonbie man’s ‘lenient’ sentence could be increased
A Canonbie car dealer, who assisted two killers on the run, could be facing jail after a decision to review his sentence.
There was an outcry in court after Ross Neville was handed a 12-month community order and a £12,000 fine for his part in sheltering the men who murdered 24-year-old Ryan Kirkpatrick in Carlisle in 2021.
