Tributes paid to woman with ‘wonderful, life enhancing spirit’
Tributes have been paid to Lady Elizabeth Kerr, Duchess of Buccleuch and Queensberry who has died after a short illness and operation.
The Duke of Buccleuch and his family have announced that she died on Sunday morning. She was 68.
Lady Elizabeth had a lifelong strong interest in the Arts. She served as chair of Scottish Ballet and the Heritage Education Trust and was a trustee of both the National Museums of Scotland and the British Museum.
