Xcel’s hub ‘opens the door to ambition’ in Langholm

Youngsters in Langholm finally have a new centre to call their own after moving to fit-for-purpose premises.
The newly-opened headquarters of the Xcel Project on Henry Street offers 10 rooms and will provide plenty of space for kids of all ages to access TV, music, gaming consoles, pool table, arts and crafts, comfy seating –and most importantly food.
The building is owned by Latimers of Langholm, who have spent the last six months refurbishing it for its new tenants. And organisers of the Xcel Project say it’s now a place where youngsters can “heighten their ambitions.”
