Holm Show 2023

Oh what a day that was – a day of delight for some and disappointment for others as must always be the case when any kind of competition is involved. We can’t all be winners alas – but actually we did all have something to celebrate at this year’s Holm Show and that was the weather. It may not have given us wall-to-wall sunshine or scorching temperatures but after a disappointing summer, plus several foreboding forecasts in the days leading up the Show, slightly overcast skies that occasionally threatened but never delivered rain, seemed most acceptable.
