Line up for whisky run

THIS year’s annual Muckle Toon whisky run is on New Year’s Day.
It is now 27 years since the first few hardy individuals took to the roads on New Year’s Day and last year a total of 41 runners and walkers took part.
The course starts from the health centre car park.
Runners and walkers are required to calculate their own starting times to finish at 11am.
The fastest runner will get a bottle of whisky.
Entry fee is £2.
