Maryport kept the pressure on St Bees at the top of the U9 league with a stunning 6-1 win over Lightning.Mitchell Stephenson and David Ousby both netted twice as Dearham won this U11 clash comfortably.Joe McCartney was named star player after scoring twice for Cockermouth in this U12 encounter.
Two each for Corban Pavitt and Ciaran Little helped secure Monsters’ 11th win of the season. Owen Durham and Josh Parker completed the rout, with the latter being voted star player. Pierce Greening scored for the hosts.
A brace from Paul Wallace could not stop Maryport losing this U10 clash. The win moves Celtic level on points with their rivals.
Matthew Johnston scored twice as Seaton’s U10s eased to a thumping 6-2 win over Dearham.
Luke Ivison, Levi Wallbanks, Lewis Stephenson and Joe Roper made sure of the victory.
Lewis Manchester and Oliver Scorr scored for Dearham.
Aston Reynolds and Nathan Campbell completed the triumph.
Ryan Scott, Aaron Porthouse and Tom Stephenson made sure of the win.
