Supermarket pothole is an utter disgrace

MAY I bring to your attention the disgraceful state of the entrance to the Co-op.

I have complained many times and was assured it would be mended before the new-look store was open. No such luck.
So, two weeks ago I wrote a complaint and gave them two weeks to at least start to mend the potholes. I have heard and seen nothing to say they have listened so I write to you enclosing some photos.
