Street party for Cornet was success

ON BEHALF of Ewes valley I would like to thank everybody for turning up and supporting the street party at Ewes hall a week last Sunday.
Our household collection totalled the marvellous sum of £420, with which we bought Cornet Andrew Elliot such beautiful presents and mementos.
Special thanks must go to everybody who provided food and cakes fit for a Cornet.
Everybody had a wonderful day and the weather was perfect. God must have been a Ewes man.
