Payback of offenders doesn’t look difficult

I CANNOT agree with the item which appeared in Little Jottings last week about the Criminal Justice payback team.
I and my family witnessed them hurling stones at the ducks and there was no mistaking what they were doing for “skimming stones”. If there was a supervisor present, they certainly were not making their authority known.
The “team” then proceeded to spend the afternoon sunbathing. If this is payback for offenders, I can’t wait to commit my first crime.
