FOR the next couple of weeks we are publishing photos which have been brought into us by members of the public.

This week’s photo was brought into us by Mrs Irving and is of a Boys’ Common Riding from 1939, the year Archie Irving was Cornet.

In the photo are, left to right, David Young carrying the spade, Bowman Little as Cornet and Dick Irving carrying the thistle.
