Village hall centenary makes it a double first

CANONBIE held a double celebration last Saturday when residents enjoyed a party on the playing fields for the Queen’s diamond jubilee and celebrated the centenary of their public hall.
In the hall there was a wonderful display of memorabilia, including old photos and numerous items connected with the flower show.
