TV viewers in the dark

TV VIEWERS in southern Scotland will be denied access to news and information about next year’s debate on Scottish independence, it is claimed.
Dumfries and Galloway and the Scottish Borders are served by ITV Border, based in Gateshead, and it is recognised by the governments in both Edinburgh and Westminster that these areas lack local news content.
