Transport project a winner with patients

A VOLUNTARY transport initiative is helping to alleviate the problems faced by patients living in Liddesdale who are unable to get to appointments.
The Red Cross and The Bridge in the Scottish Borders secured funding from the Change Fund during the summer and set up a patient transport scheme in September.
