MARGARET Pool of Langholm took a trip down memory lane Down Under when she visited friends in Australia.
Margaret reminisced while visiting former neighbours and friends in Brisbane where she lived for 10 years.
Margaret enjoyed a trip along the coast of New South Wales and across to Perth where she caught up with former Langholm couple Colin and Louvain Turnbull who live in Fremantle.
Margaret said: “It has been good catching up with friends and old neighbours. In the Margaret River area I have enjoyed visiting the wine regions and watched how the sheep are sheared.”
Margaret took the Eskdale & Liddesdale Advertiser to share the news from back home with Colin, with whom she is pictured.
