LANGHOLM has been ranked the 65th most vulnerable settlement in a new study of 90 towns in Scotland.
The Rural Scotland in Focus 2012 report by the SAC’s Rural Policy Centre ranks 90 of Scotland’s towns according to their vulnerability to downturn associated with current economic and social change.
