Speed limits plan for blackspots

DUMFRIES and Galloway councillors have approved measures to implement 20mph speed limits in locations where there are accident records, particularly involving pedestrians and cyclists.
Priority, based on the work of the local transport strategy group, is to be given to places with three or more accidents which have resulted in injury in a three-year period.
