Queen awards Alex top Scouting honour

LANGHOLM Explorer Scout Alex Lithgow has achieved the highest honour in the Scouting movement after being presented with the Queen’s Scout award during a ceremony at Windsor Castle.
Alex, 18, of Canonbie was presented with his award by the Queen during a three-day trip to London with other Scouts and leaders.
