Nothing to show for last 4 years

PLANS to introduce new waiting restrictions in Langholm High Street are back to square one four years after they were first considered.

A second consultation with the public and various agencies is set to be undertaken later this month and BEAR Scotland, which is organising the drop-in sessions, says it will be starting again with a clean sheet.
