Muckle Toon’s big adventure

THE inaugural Muckle Toon Adventure Festival was launched this week and is expected to bring hundreds of cyclists, mountain bikers and runners to take on a series of testing challenges in one of Scotland’s most beautiful landscapes.
Mountain bikers, along with road cyclists, runners and walkers will descend on Langholm in May for the first Muckle Toon Adventure Festival
The festival, which also includes walking, activities in the base camp at Milntown and a talk by inspirational Scottish adventurer Mark Beaumont, has been organised by a group of friends after the demise of the walking festival.
