Meeting on future of care home

THE first meeting between Willie Welsh of Welcare Homes and John Alexander, Dumfries and Galloway council’s director of social work, on the future of Dalarran care home has been held.

The meeting, in Langholm, was mediated by Scottish Care and centres on the payment of fees for residents sharing rooms.
