Geophizz fun at the long-buried castle

LANGHOLM Castle has endured centuries of skirmishes and little remains to be seen above ground so the chance to ‘see’ what lies beneath was taken up with great enthusiasm by pupils from the area’s three schools.
Langholm and Canonbie primaries and Langholm Academy pupils had a great day out doing ‘geophizz’, the buzzword for the geophysical exploration shown on Time Team.
