Fantastic £4,000 raised from craft week

THE annual Newcastleton craft fayre opened during the Queen’s diamond jubilee weekend and attracted plenty of locals, along with visitors from both sides of the border.

The week-long fayre is now in its 29th year and the event raised £4,000 – a total which the village hall committee is delighted with.
