Broadband on the cards in 6 months

EWES valley residents may have broadband within six months, thanks to concerted lobbying over the past two years to be designated a special case.

Now a committee of 11 residents has been set up, including community councillor Robert Elliot, while Annandale East and Eskdale councillor Denis Male has also joined.
