Bank details scam fools customer

A WOMAN had £20,000 stolen from her bank account after falling prey to a scam.
She took a call from someone purporting to be from the Royal Bank of Scotland. She was told that someone had tried to withdraw £5,000 from her account and was asked to confirm her bank details.
