Alert over whooping cough signs

PEOPLE are being urged to be aware of the signs of whooping cough which has markedly increased in the UK this year and is circulating in Scotland.
NHS Dumfries & Galloway’s public health department is asking parents to make sure children are up to date with vaccinations, the most effective way to prevent spread of the disease.
