A weekend of walks full of adventure

A SERIES of stunning countryside walks to tempt ramblers to Eskdale is being organised as part of the first Muckle Toon Adventure Festival.
Visitors and locals are being encouraged to sign up for the guided walks in the Muckle Toon Adventure Festival in May
There will be a variety of walks from gentle riverside strolls to more strenuous hill climbs, taking in the Roon Hoose, Thomas Telford trail, Meikledale to Bentpath, Murtholm and Gaskells, Langfauld and Castle Hill and the Whita nature trail.
