90 children under 10 caught for crime

NINETY children under the age of 10 committed crimes in Dumfries and Galloway over the past three years.
The shocking statistic was obtained by the Scottish Conservatives through a Freedom of Information request and shows these crimes included minor assaults on emergency workers and one incident of theft by a four-year-old was reported last year.
