£50m bid to ease fuel poverty

THE Scottish government is investing £50m in the Warm Homes Fund over the course of this parliament to help alleviate fuel poverty in rural areas.
The fund will provide money towards insulating homes, making them more energy efficient and allowing communities access to the mains gas supply.
