£500,000 boost for LEADER

RURAL Dumfries & Galloway LEADER has secured a further £574,000 from the Scottish government for projects in the region.
The rural development programme, based in New Abbey, was assessed along with 19 other Scottish areas before the government announced it would be allocated the highest level of additional funding in Scotland.
