An expanding Cumbrian coach company is taking on more staff as it continues to launch new services.
Wigton-based Reays is recruiting a dozen more people because of an increasing demand in its private hire business.
The family-run firm operates the City Hopper services in Carlisle – in opposition to well-established Stagecoach – as well as a park-and-ride operation at the Sellafield nuclear complex in west Cumbria.
It also has a fleet of private hire vehicles and already employs more than 100 people at its three bus depots – at Carlisle, Wigton and Egremont – and travel centre in Devonshire Street, Carlisle.
The new positions at Reays include those for nine drivers.
