Cumbrian recruitment company ready for nuclear jobs boom

A Cumbrian recruitment firm has joined forces with a Finnish business to prepare for an anticipated boom in nuclear jobs in the UK.
NRL, based at Dovenby, Cockermouth, has forged an alliance with Enersense International of Finland in readiness for work starting on Britain’s next generation of nuclear power stations.
The two firms have now set up a shared London base.
Phil Jennings, director of NRL Ltd, said: “The alliance, known as Enerel, will draw on the considerable experience and resources of both partner companies to offer a comprehensive service to nuclear new build.
“We believe our joint knowledge and expertise surpasses that of any other personnel supply and management enterprise operating in the UK.”
David Rail, managing director of Enersense UK, said: “This alliance delivers a unique resource management company that’s capable of drawing on the full array of specialisms.”
