Cumbria's Leeds Rhino Shaun Lunt would miss Challenge Cup final

Ex-Workington Town star Shaun Lunt will be forced to sit out the Carnegie Challenge Cup final if his two Super League clubs meet at Wembley.
The Cumbrian’s loan side Leeds and his home club Huddersfield were kept apart in the semi-final draw, but if they now go on to meet in the August showpiece, Lunt believes he will not be free to face the Giants.
“As far as I know, I am not allowed to play against Huddersfield,” he said. “I was pleased we avoided them in the semi-finals. If we play them at some stage in the cup I’ll have to take it on the chin.”
Huddersfield will face Warrington and the Rhinos tackle Wigan in last-four clashes, and the bright side for Lunt is that he will be at least be available against the Warriors, who beat the Headingley outfit in last year’s final.
Lunt, from Cockermouth, is no stranger to Wembley as he scored a try in the 2009 final when Huddersfield were beaten by Warrington.
And he has made a promising start to his loan stint at Leeds, where he will stay for the rest of the season.
He scored his third try in four games when the Super League champs booked their semi-final place at the expense of Leigh last Friday, playing at loose-forward following Rob Burrow’s return from injury to feature at hooker.
“It’s going really well,” Lunt added.
“I am really enjoying my rugby again. It has been a breath of fresh air coming to Leeds.”
