Front three warmly welcomed at works

CORNET Andrew Elliot and his right and left-hand men Lee Earsman and Graeme Murray have been made welcome at a number of businesses in the town in the run-up to tomorrow’s Common Riding.
Their first stop was to the skinyards of Charles Paisley & Sons where they enjoyed a drink and exchanged anecdotes about the ride-outs with Andrew Paisley who later presented the Cornet with a sheepskin rug.
